These terms cover your use of Minutly. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service
Minutly records or imports meeting audio, transcribes it, writes summaries, proposes tasks and answers questions about your meetings, on the web and in an Android app. It is provided free of charge with usage limits.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and give us correct information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16.
Recording other people
Only record people when you are allowed to. Before each recording you confirm that you have told the participants, and you must have any further consent the law requires. Do not use Minutly for secret or unlawful recording.
Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including by the AI providers described in the privacy policy, only to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to get around limits, to resell access, or to upload content you have no right to use.
Free plan and limits
The free plan has monthly and daily limits shown in the app. We may change limits, and we may queue processing to the next day when the platform is busy. We will not charge you without asking you first.
AI output can be wrong
Transcripts, speaker labels, summaries and suggested tasks are produced by AI. They can contain mistakes. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
Availability
Minutly is provided as it is and as available. We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by relying on AI output. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
